Expertise
Chances are, you are not a caster or equipment expert. After all, you shouldn’t be. You are an expert in your own field. When you decide to work with an equipment provider, they should provide expertise along with quality products.
How do you know if you are working with an expert? Check out their Google reviews. How many reviews do they have? How many stars do they have? If you ask them technical questions, do they provide answers that you understand. Are you working with an owner or a seasoned manager? Or, are you working with an uninformed rookie who really doesn’t understand the business. It’s pretty easy to tell.
You deserve expertise from your vendors. Time is money. Make sure you are working with people who know their stuff. Your business depends on it.
